Complaining to your Energy Provider

We don't have a specialist Energy Adviser at current so we are unable to make appointments for these issues.  You are welcome to pop into our Elgin Office on a drop in basis during our opening hours to speak to one of our general advisers.  If you want us to contact your energy provider on your behalf please ensure to leave plenty of time when you come in.

If you stay outside Elgin you may wish to check if one of our Outreach Sessions would be suitable for you.

Home Energy Scotland are a national helpline (0808 808 2282) who provide advice on Energy Efficiency issues.
